Track Your Order

Once your order is shipped, tracking is quick and easy.

How it works:

  • After we dispatch your order, you will receive an SMS on your order phone number.

  • The SMS will include:

    • Your Tracking ID

    • A tracking link to check your order status

How to track:

  • Click the tracking link in the SMS to see live updates, or

  • Open your delivery app, go to Courier / Deliveries / Tracking, and enter:

    • Your Tracking ID

    • Your mobile number

Important notes:

  • Tracking becomes available after your order is shipped

  • Please make sure your phone number is active and correct

  • If you haven’t received an SMS within 24 hours of dispatch, contact our support team
