Return & Exchange Policy
At Aka, we want your little ones to feel comfortable and look their best. We understand that sometimes a size may not fit perfectly or a style may not be exactly what you expected. To make things easy for you, we offer exchanges only under the policy below.
1. Exchange Window
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange.
Unfortunately, requests made after 14 days of receiving your order cannot be accepted.
2. Eligibility for Exchanges
To qualify for an exchange, items must meet the following conditions:

Unworn and Unwashed: Items must be unused, free from stains, odors, or signs of wear.

Original Tags: All Aka hang tags and labels must be attached.

Original Packaging: Please include the original packaging if possible.
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for exchange.
3. Non-Exchangeable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for exchange:

Undergarments, socks, or swimwear (if the hygiene seal is removed)

Hair accessories (bows, clips, headbands)
-
Personalized or custom-made items
-
Final Sale or clearance items
4. How to Start an Exchange
To request an exchange, please follow these steps:

Email our support team at care@letsaka.com with your Order Number and the reason for exchange.

You may also contact us via Facebook Messenger or WhatsApp for assistance.

Our team will review your request and provide an Exchange Authorization along with instructions on where to send the item.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
5. Exchange Shipping Costs

Defective or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged item or an incorrect size/color due to our error, Aka will cover the exchange shipping costs. -
Size or Preference Changes:
If the exchange is due to sizing or personal preference, the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
6. Exchanges Only (No Refund Policy)
Aka does not offer refunds.
All approved returns will be processed as an exchange for another item or Aka Store Credit, which can be used for future purchases.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at care@letsaka.com, and we will resolve the issue promptly.
8. Store Credit

Store Credit will be issued after the returned item is received and inspected.

Store Credit has no cash value and cannot be refunded.

Credit can be used on any future purchase at Aka.
Important Note
Returned items that do not meet our policy requirements may be declined and sent back to the customer.
